Hello neighbors,
Unfortunately, a high-value package was stolen from the lobby/mailbox area on Wednesday, May 27th at approximately 10:32 AM. The theft was captured clearly on security footage, and a police report is being filed.
We are hoping someone might recognize the individual involved or recall seeing her.

Suspect Description:
Hair: Long, distinct platinum/bleached blonde hair.
Clothing: Solid black tank top, black cropped leggings/capri pants, and black flip-flops.
Accessories: Dark sunglasses (worn indoors), a long dark pendant necklace, and a small black purse or crossbody bag over her left shoulder.
The Incident:

The individual entered the lobby from the interior hallway/elevator side, walked straight to the package area, picked up a large, white rectangular Dyson box, and immediately exited the building.
Because she came from the interior of the building, she may have been visiting a resident, slipped in behind someone, or lives in the community.

If you recognize this person, saw anyone matching this description on Wednesday morning, or have guest logs/additional camera footage that might help identify her, please contact the building security team or management.
