• Welcome

    Dear Neighbors,

We’d like to briefly introduce ourselves as your volunteer Building Representatives. This is not an official management position, but simply a way for us to help support our building and represent the interests of all 80 owners in our Building 51.

Our role is to communicate concerns, suggestions, or improvement ideas to the Board of Directors on behalf of our building.

Maintaining our building is a shared effort, and we’re happy to volunteer our time alongside your ongoing support to keep our building functional and looking its best for all of us.

Please feel free to reach out to our new building email or put into our new suggestion box.

    Warmly,

    Todd & Shiv
